I have a great story about some new clients that I really wanted to share with you.
Recently I had the pleasure to work with a family new to B.C. from another province. With 3 kids, these parents had the hands full. In order to live in the area they wanted, both parents had to give up their long time employers and find new ones.
In typical mortgage applications, this is very bad timing. Having just started a job doesn’t give the lender the needed long term job stability that they tend to prefer.
However, both parents were long-time professionals that were staying in each of their sectors. We found a “A” lender that was willing to hear the whole story and give them the same rates that long-term employed applicants would receive.
